Formed in 2008, Saxminster are a community group of saxophone players. Playing a variety of styles from classical to jazz and pop – and everything in between, under the guidance of musical director Alison Davies.
Baritone, Tenor, Alto and Soprano saxes are all represented by our members of which there are currently 18 of all ages. As a group we hold weekly practices in the Axminster area and undertake local public performances.
